Located in the southern part of the Périgord region, this former white stone rectory dates back to the 18th century. It has been fully renovated and features a large enclosed garden as well as a private swimming pool secured according to the strictest safety standards. The house accommodates 15 people.


All 7 bedrooms are air-conditioned with the most efficient and quiet heat/cool pumps. There are 6 modern bathrooms distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor. The indoor kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Additional amenities include two TV lounges (french HDTV programs), a summer dining room, a pétanque court, a built-in barbecue, and a ping-pong table. The common areas are ventilated.


The property is close to essential shops and services (the town of Castillonnès is 4 km away). Set in a peaceful rural environment, it is an ideal place to gather with family and friends to recharge during holidays or a weekend getaway.


Depending on your preferences, you can also explore the many wonders of our region, including its heritage, markets with local producers and artisans, or enjoy walks and bike rides through the Bastides and surrounding paths.

About ten meters from the rectory, we offer a charming little detached house, fully equipped. It features a living/sitting room with a mini kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with a shower (120 x 90 cm), a washbasin and a toilet.

By bank transfer or by Paypal.
When and how much ?
30% of the rental cost at the time of booking.
The remaining balance as well as the point guarantee : one month before the start of the rental.
Cancelation :
If the cancelation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the scheduled rental period, a full refund will de issued.
Between 15 and 30 days : 50% is non-refundable and retained by the owner.
Less than 15 days before the points date, no refund.
Force majeure events : items to be assessed by mutual agreement and in accordance with the regulations in force.
